HUBUNGAN ADVERSITY QUOTIENT DENGAN PROKRASTINASI AKADEMIK DALAM PENYELESAIAN SKRIPSI PADA MAHASISWA YANG BEKERJA DI PTS. UNIVERSITAS POTENSI UTAMA

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship of adversity quotient with academic procrastination in the completion of the thesis. The sampling technique is done by total sampling. The subjects of this study are all students of Engineering and Computer Science who are working in completing thesis in PTS. University Potential Utama academic year 2016/2017 as many as 32 people. The method that will be used to collect data on research is quantitative method with psychological scale as data collection tool. Based on the results of the analysis there is a negative and significant relationship between adversity quotient with academic procrastination (rx1y = -0.434; sig <0,010). From this research the effective contribution of adversity quotient variable to academic procrastination variable is 18,8%.
