Application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Methods in Determining Recipients of Village Fund Direct Assistance (BLT DD)
Abstract
Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is a program to help underprivileged people with or without criteria by providing cash or other assistance. BLT, PKH, basic food social assistance, house renovation and others are one of the social assistance programs organized by the Indonesian state for underprivileged people with different types of provision. There are problems such as the selection of beneficiaries that are increasingly difficult, this is because the number of villagers is quite large and the large number of residents who propose assistance for the provision of BLT assistance. To solve this problem, a decision-making system is needed in determining BLT recipients. The research used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in determining the weight of each criterion and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) in ranking prospective BLT recipients. This research obtained the results of the weight of age of 0.508, marital status of 0.247, health of 0.138, unmarried orphan 0.070, not currently receiving / receiving other social assistance of 0.038 with a Consistency Ratio (CR) value of 0.0892, meaning that the calculation of these weights is consistent.
