Author Guidelines

Please read the submission guidelines carefully as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements for IT Journal are as follows:

  • Articles may be written in Indonesian or English.

  • Submitted articles must be at least 10 pages and no more than 13 pages. (Editors will evaluate papers exceeding 13 pages.)

  • Use the Mendeley application for reference management and formatting using the APA Citation style.

  • Ensure the article is prepared using the IT Journal template.

  • Images included in the article must be of high quality.

B. Article Structure

Articles should be prepared and are recommended to follow the structure below:

  • Title: Paper title with Capitalized First Letters

  • Abstract: A maximum of 250 WORDS; No citations; Clearly state the main objective, research urgency, research design, methodology, research results, and conclusion.

  • Section Structure: Authors are advised to present their articles in the following section structure:
    Introduction – Proposed Method/Algorithm (optional) – Methodology – Results and Discussion – Conclusion

  • References: A minimum of 15 references is expected, with at least 80% from reputable journal articles published within the last 10 years.
