Abstract

Office of the Head of Helvetia Village is one of the government offices located in Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency. The Helvetia Village Head Office has an obligation to serve the community and always wants to provide good service information for the community, by improving the existing system. Especially in processing population data for the Helvetia Village area. The problem of poverty is one of the fundamental things faced by a number of regions in Indonesia. According to the 1945 Constitution Article 34 Paragraph (1) which states that the poor are cared for by the State. Several efforts to overcome poverty have been made by the central and regional governments, including by providing Direct Cash Assistance (BLT), rice for the poor (Raskin), Assistance for Uninhabitable Houses, BPJS, and others. The general problem with anti-poverty programs is the incompatibility between the programs launched by the local government and the problems faced by the community, such as the community wanting assistance in the form of non-cash or cash assistance. This happens because the data on the poor are not well organized and those who are able claim that they are incapacitated, so that the poverty alleviation program is not on target. To be able to solve existing problems, of course researchers need a way to describe a set of data briefly, with a large number of poor population data, researchers analyze existing databases using data mining with a description method to produce information.
