Abstract

By looking at the number of cars owned by the community, PT. Astra Daihatsu International also participates and is present to serve car repairs. PT. Astra Daihatsu International also gets a lot of customers in car repair. The problem that is happening at this time is the slowness of checking the car to find out for sure the damage to the car because you cannot know the damage directly. Therefore we need a method that can help PT. Astra Daihatsu International in diagnosing car damage more quickly and efficiently, considering the large number of customer cars queuing and causing a buildup of work. That's why PT. Astra Daihatsu International is implementing another idea, namely by implementing a method to overcome the current problems, namely by using an expert system to diagnose car damage that occurs. With this system, better and more efficient results have been obtained in carrying out the car repair process and also being able to find out the type of damage and solutions that must be carried out by mechanics in carrying out car repairs quickly.
